Spring is definitely in the air, and what better time of the year to do some Spring crafts and activities with your little ones. Lots of our spring activities are inspired by nature, whether it be crafting your own pipe cleaner bee, making a bird feeder or planting some cress heads.
These are some of our best ideas for spring crafts and activities. each one has a link to a complete step by step tutorial if you fancy giving it a go yourself.
How Does Your Garden Grow?
Spring is a great time to get your kids involved in activities in the garden, and to introduce them to growing things from seeds.
A few years ago my kids loved the Willow and Wild Box, as it introduced them to growing your own in a fun way. It’s a great way to introduce growing your own fruit and veg for little ones, and you can read our full Willow and Wild review if it’s something. of interest.

If you are short of garden space, you can still grow things from seeds in the house. Check out these cute Cress Egg Heads, combining a simple craft activity and growing cress from seed. Suitable for children of all ages to try.

Getting Closer To Nature
There are also lots of crafts and activities that you can do with the kids to get them closer to nature, like making homemade bird feeders, butterfly feeding stations and even bug traps.

Nature INspired Crafts
If indoor crafting is more your thing then with have plenty of nature inspired spring crafts for kids to do. Again sutiable for all ages.

That’s a selection of our favourite and most popular spring crafts and activities for kids, hopefully it has given you some inspiration this season.
If you found this post useful, then I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
